FOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE

This course provides a comprehensive review of quality assurance program begin from the quality control activities and practical applications of total quality management to all aspects of the manufacturing procedures. In food manufacturing level, quality is defined as an increased level of productivity and safety to attain a high standard of quality/safety in each phase of their operations. This course also provides students the food quality program implemented in local food business.
