Course Synopsis

The Islamic chaplaincy microcredential program is designed to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide spiritual and faith-oriented care within Islamic contexts. The comprehensive online program combines theoretical understanding with independent self-regulated practical training as the introductory step to develop competent and compassionate Islamic chaplains. Through lectures, case studies and practical skills, participants will gain insights into Islamic principles of healing, counseling techniques, interfaith engagement, and ethical considerations, enabling them to effectively support individuals and communities in diverse settings.
