ISLAMIC PRINCIPLES COURSES

This course aims to establish a foundational understanding of Islamic principles by exploring the Tawhidic worldview linked to the oneness of Allah and Islamic economics (PLO1), the Theory of Usul Fiqh including its functions, sources, and methods for Shariah judgment (CLO2), and the application of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah (Islamic legal maxims) in Fiqh Muamalat (CLO3). It also equips students with knowledge of Fiqh Muamalat and its practical relevance to contemporary business and financial activities (CLO4).
